Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver

Delivery drivers are generally offered as part time or full time (scheduled), with the driver keeping 100% of his or her tips. 

You must have a valid driver license and be 18 years of age. This is not a contract position, you will be a member for the Chick-fil-A family and will be expected to uphold our high standards of presentation, service, and care.

The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Clear and excellent communication skills via our delivery app are paramount to help us continue meet our guest's expectations outside of the restaurant.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Requirements:

• Minimum age - 18 years old,
• Must have a valid California State-Issued Driver’s License
• Clean driving record for the past 2 years
• Smart phone (used with delivery app)
• Cannot have a current/within the last year License suspension
• Drive safe and obey the rules of the road

Experience:

• driving: 2 year (Preferred)
• delivery driver: 1 year (Preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Main responsibilities:

• Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises
• Following safe driving procedures
• Managing transactions using Delivery App
• Keeping your company delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Deliver portions that are correct and meet all weight and presentation expectations.
• Protect the customer experience by ensuring bagging, packaging, food presentation and quality is top level.
• Show up on time, in proper uniform, have a great attitude and work hard for your entire shift.
• Assist front-of-house operations when needed in any capacity
• Restocking and maintaining cleanliness when no deliveries are incoming/scheduled
• Be a team player
• Display care and a sense of personal responsibility to the success of your role in the business
