- Lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment

- Lead shifts with the ability to open and close the restaurant
- Develop and mentor future leaders within the restaurant
- Manage and grow specific areas of the restaurant to ensure excellence
- Maintain inventory and organization of the restaurant
