Our Manager Trainee Position requires full availability, where the manager will undergo an intense 3-6 months leadership training where they learn all aspects of running the restaurant, leading shifts, leading people. After the initial 3-6 months training they are given the opportunity to lead a specific area of the business with one of America’s most trusted brands—leadership opportunities include but are not limited to daily Operations (Front Counter, Kitchen and Catering), Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Marketing and Outside Sales.

Requirements:
Be capable to work on their feet for 6-8 hours
Be able to lift and manipulate at least 40 pounds
Have reliable transportation
High School Diploma
Full time availability to work 40-45 hours per week
