      • Lead a team of 10 -20+ in daily operations in the Front of House.

      • Ensure food safety, quality, speed of service and guest experience are exceptional

      • Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week -long view of the business
        <\/li>
      • Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards, while creating a positive and high -energy culture
        <\/li>
      • Collaborate with all Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations
        <\/li>
      • Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability to team members
        <\/li>
      • Detail -oriented and organized, yet flexible and quick -thinking when challenges arise

      • Have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive performance across service goals

        • 2+ years of Leadership experience
