Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
• Train and mentor new team members, serving as a positive role model
• Embody Chick-fil-A’s core values of continuous improvement, hustle, and hospitality
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through Core 4 and 2nd mile service
• Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Strong dedication to world-class customer service
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a team environment
• Physically able to lift and carry 25-40 lbs regularly
