Required Availability:

• Must be available Monday–Saturday and be able to open or close

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality
• Welcome guests and accurately take customer orders
• Process transactions efficiently and maintain accuracy
• Deliver food promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas, beverage stations, and front counter spaces
• Assist with drive-thru operations, including order taking and expediting
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment
• Follow Chick-fil-A food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
• Demonstrate a servant-hearted mindset in all guest interactions

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Customer service or restaurant experience is helpful but not required
