Opportunity

We are looking for a motivatedHospitality Lead in Training to join the team at Chick-fil-A LaPlace. This is a hands-on leadership development opportunity for someone with previous restaurant leadership experience who is ready to grow their ability to lead people and operations. You will learn the Chick-fil-A LaPlace operation from the ground up while developing toward greater shift leadership responsibility. This includes supporting Front of House operations, leading Team Members, creating remarkable guest experiences, and helping the restaurant execute with excellence during busy shifts.

Your Impact

• Lead and support Front of House operations during assigned shifts
  
• Coach, encourage, and hold Team Members accountable to Chick-fil-A LaPlace standards
  
• Create a positive, hospitable environment for both guests and Team Members
  
• Support opening and closing responsibilities as you progress through training
  
• Help coordinate the team during peak business periods and large orders
  
• Ensure food safety, Team Member safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures are consistently followed
  
• Identify operational needs and take initiative to support the team
  
• Build strong relationships while helping develop a culture of stewardship, excellence, growth, and fun
  
• Grow toward independently leading shifts and taking on increased leadership responsibility
  

Background Profile

• 1+ year of restaurant leadership experience
  
• Basic understanding of Front of House restaurant operations
  
• Hospitality or guest service experience preferred
  
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
  
• Dependable, coachable, and comfortable receiving feedback
  
• Ability to lead with both accountability and care
  
• Comfortable working hands-on alongside the team in a fast-paced environment
  
• Passion for developing people and building relationships
