What You’ll Do (The Role)

As a Team Member, you are the heart of our restaurant. Whether you thrive on serving guests with a smile at the Front Counter or crafting high-quality menu items in the Kitchen, you play a vital role in creating remarkable experiences.

• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Serve guests with honor, dignity, and respect. Put our CORE 4 into practice daily: make eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, and stay connected.
• Pursue Second Mile Service: Go above and beyond through intentional acts of kindness to make every guest's day brighter.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Execute tasks with speed, accuracy, and extreme attention to detail, whether taking orders, bagging meals, or preparing fresh, safe food.

Key Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while remaining calm.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs (for physical/kitchen tasks).
• Flexibility to work shifts scheduled between 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
• Saturday availability is a huge plus.
