Opportunity
We are seeking an experiencedKitchen Director / Back of House Manager to take ownership of kitchen operations at Chick-fil-A Woodburn. This is a hands-on restaurant leadership position for someone who knows how to lead a high-performing kitchen, develop people, improve systems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
You will oversee a Back of House team of approximately 25-30 Team Members and take ownership of food quality, food safety, inventory, food cost, productivity, training, and daily kitchen execution. Because Chick-fil-A Woodburn opened in December 2024, you will also have the opportunity to help build and improve the systems, expectations, and leadership structure that will support the restaurant's continued growth.

Your Impact
- Lead daily Back of House and kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, accuracy, speed, and hospitality
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 25-30 Back of House Team Members while identifying and developing future leaders
- Build systems and processes that create consistency, accountability, and operational excellence
- Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, preparation, and execution
- Manage inventory, ordering, food cost, waste, and productivity to improve restaurant performance
- Work hands-on alongside the team during high-volume shifts while coaching and reinforcing expectations
- Partner with the Executive Director and Front of House leadership to accomplish restaurant-wide goals
- Identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and take ownership of results
Background Profile
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (Required)
- Experience leading and developing teams in a high-volume restaurant environment (Preferred)
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for developing people and leading with character, humility, and integrity
