We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Kitchen Director to join the leadership team at Chick-fil-A Woodburn. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, building strong teams, and creating operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
As the Kitchen Director, you will lead the Back of House team, create systems that drive consistency, and help build a culture where team members are challenged, supported, and developed. Your Impact
Lead daily Back of House operations to deliver exceptional food quality, accuracy, and speed of service
Develop, coach, and inspire a team of 25-30 Back of House Team Members while building future leaders
Create a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
Improve restaurant performance by implementing efficient systems, controlling food costs, managing inventory, and increasing productivity
Partner closely with the Executive Director and Front of House leadership team to achieve shared restaurant goals
Take ownership of your department by identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively solving problems
Background Profile
2+ years of restaurant leadership or kitchen management experience (Required)
Experience leading teams of 20+ people in a high-volume restaurant environment (Preferred)
Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
