      We are seeking an experienced<\/i> and self -motivated<\/i> Kitchen Director to join the leadership team at Chick -fil -A Woodburn<\/b>. This hands -on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, building strong teams, and creating operational excellence in a fast -paced environment.

      As the Kitchen Director, you will lead the Back of House team, create systems that drive consistency, and help build a culture where team members are challenged, supported, and developed. Whether you are an experienced Kitchen Manager ready for the next step or an established leader looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact, this role offers significant opportunities for professional growth as our restaurant continues to grow.

      • Lead daily Back of House operations to deliver exceptional food quality, accuracy, and speed of service
        <\/li>
      • Develop, coach, and inspire a team of 25 -30 Back of House Team Members while building future leaders
        <\/li>
      • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement
        <\/li>
      • Maintain Chick -fil -A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
        <\/li>
      • Improve restaurant performance by implementing efficient systems, controlling food costs, managing inventory, and increasing productivity
        <\/li>
      • Partner closely with the Executive Director and Front of House leadership team to achieve shared restaurant goals
        <\/li>
      • Take ownership of your department by identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively solving problems
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Background Profile<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • 2+ years of restaurant leadership or kitchen management experience (Required)
          <\/li>
        • Experience leading teams of 20+ people in a high -volume restaurant environment (Preferred)
          <\/li>
        • Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
          <\/li>
        • Self -starter with a strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility
          <\/li>
        • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
          <\/li>
        • Previous Chick -fil -A leadership experience (Highly Preferred)
          <\/li>
        • Passion for developing people and leading with character, humility, and integrity
          <\/li><\/ul>
