    Opportunity

We are looking for a drivenKitchen Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This is more than a back-of-house role; it’s an opportunity to step into leadership, take ownership of results, and play a key role in developing both people and performance in a high-volume restaurant.

This position is designed for someone who wants to lead from the front. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, driving excellence in food safety and quality, and ensuring strong financial and operational performance. At the same time, your impact will go beyond the numbers — you will coach and develop team members, build trust, and help create a culture where people feel valued and challenged to grow.

You will work directly alongside an engaged, hands-on Operator while gaining exposure to proven systems, strong operational structure, and leadership development within one of the most respected brands in the country.

If you are someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow into higher levels of leadership, this is a unique opportunity to build both your skillset and your future.

    Your Impact

    • Lead day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, speed, and consistency in a high-volume environment
    • Be present in the business daily, working alongside your team to execute strong shifts and maintain smooth kitchen operations
    • Build and develop a high-performing BOH team by identifying, coaching, and growing future leaders
    • Lead and hold accountable a large team, setting clear expectations around performance, food safety, and execution
    • Drive profitability through effective inventory management, waste reduction, and strong food cost control
    • Assist key kitchen systems including truck ordering, inventory, prep planning, and shift execution
    • Partner with FOH leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience from kitchen to service
    • What success looks like: Within your first 60–90 days, you have built credibility with the team and are confidently leading shifts and key kitchen systems
    • What success looks like: You are actively developing at least 1–2 emerging leaders, contributing to both team growth and overall restaurant performance

    Background Profile

    • 2+ years of restaurant leadership or management experience
    • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including food safety, quality, and execution
    • Hands-on kitchen experience required
    • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
    • Demonstrates a high level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
    • Experience in high-volume or structured environments (Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Panera, etc.) (preferred)
    • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
    • Hospitality experience (preferred)
    • Experience managing inventory, food cost, and kitchen systems (preferred)
    • Background in training and developing leaders (preferred)

Apply now and you will be contacted ASAP.
