Chick-fil-A Hardin Valley is hiring immediately for day shifts for Back of House Team Members for both full or part-time! Back of House Kitchen day shift Responsibilities and Requirements:

• You'll be involved in various kitchen tasks, including preparing, cooking, and presenting food safely, quickly, and efficiently to meet Chick-fil-A standards (our goal is to deliver food to our customers within 90 seconds!).
• Opportunities for salad prep, line cook, fry cook, and dishwasher
• Must be 16 or older to apply
• Must have early morning availability (shifts as early as 5 AM)
• Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, dishwasher, or kitchen crew jobs is not required, we will train!

Starting Compensation:

• 16-17 yrs old: starting at $12.40/hour
• Part time (Less than 30hr/week): starting at $13/hour
• Full Time (30hr/week +): starting at $15/hour

We have well-defined opportunities to increase pay as you are trained as well as leadership opportunities for candidates that show the desire and ability to lead our team.
