Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Owner/Operator to lead a large, high-performing restaurant team
• Foster a culture of growth, excitement, and generosity among team members and leaders
• Ensure alignment with the Operator's vision and uphold food safety, quality, and customer service standards
• Oversee product service accuracy, safety, and quality
• Implement stewardship systems throughout the restaurant
• Develop motivated, high-performing leaders who embody the business vision
• Drive customer service excellence, speed of service, and goal achievement
• Create and lead innovative systems for front and back of house operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum three years of leadership experience in retail, customer service, or management
• Strong communicator with the ability to handle diverse teams and difficult situations
• Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and excellent project/time management
• Dependable, results-oriented, detail-focused, and tech-savvy
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ServSafe certification and bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
