Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Speak with a Friendly Tone
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for extended hour of time
• Communicate effectively and clearly with Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A guidelines and uniform code at all times
• Adhere to food safety guidelines
• Be coachable and willing to learn from others
• Other duties as assigned
