Management Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Coach, develop, and support Team Members and Team Leaders
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to Chick-fil-A standards
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service consistency
• Oversee food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Manage labor, productivity, and operational goals during shifts
• Assist with performance development
• Communicate effectively with leadership and team members across shifts
• Problem-solve quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Lead by example in attitude, work ethic, and hospitality

As part of the leadership team, you will work directly with an independent Owner/Operator and gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations, team development, and business leadership.
