    We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Director<\/b> to lead the daily operations of one of our Chick -fil -A restaurants. This hands -on leadership opportunity is designed for someone who wants to lead a high -performing team while gaining experience operating a multi -million dollar business.
    <\/p>

    You will partner closely with the Owner/Operator and executive leadership team to drive results, develop leaders, and maintain operational excellence.

    Your Impact<\/b>

    • Lead day -to -day operations of a high -volume, multi -million dollar restaurant
      <\/li>
    • Build and develop leaders responsible for 50+ team members
      <\/li>
    • Create systems that drive operational excellence, food safety, and guest experience
      <\/li>
    • Hold leaders accountable to high -performance standards and strong culture
      <\/li>
    • Improve profitability through strong operational execution and efficiency
      <\/li>
    • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
      <\/li>
    • Collaborate with leadership across both restaurant locations to maintain culture and operational alignment

      Background Profile<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams
        <\/li>
      • Experience leading 30–50+ team members preferred
        <\/li>
      • High School Diploma required<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
        <\/li>
