Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of enthusiastic individuals during night shifts
• Ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
• Assist in training and development of team members

Requirements:

• Experience working in a Chick-fil-A restaurant
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends
• High school degree or equivalent
• Prior experience in a leadership role preferred
