As a Shift Leader, you will help lead daily restaurant operations while coaching and developing team members in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and wants to grow in leadership and business responsibility.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Coach and encourage Team Members in real time
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns
- Help maintain high standards in food safety, cleanliness, speed, and accuracy
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
- Model professionalism, urgency, and servant leadership
- Help build a positive, high-accountability team culture
