Job Summary/Basic Function

We offer great work experience in a fast-paced, team focused work environment, and flexible shifts. Comprehensive Chick-fil-A training provided to help you succeed and grow. This position will focus on prepping various food and drink items for use on the service lines.

Required Qualifications

Be able to follow Chick-fil-A standards:

• Our employees should expect to stand for the entire shift and move quickly throughout their shift, as this is a fast-paced environment.
• Need to be able to follow directions.
• Must be able to deliver exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

Fast Food Experience - especially Chick-fil-A is a plus.

Job Duties

Prep will consist of Making:

• Fruit Cups(s)
• Cutting Romaine Lettuce(s)
• Kale Salads(s)
• Salad Base(s)- including made to order salads
• Side Salad(s)
• Tear Lettuce
• Filleting Chicken Breast(s)
• Mac & Cheese
• Bake and Bag Cookies
• Bag Brownies
• Bacon
• Prep Lemonade/ Diet
• Prep Tea
• Prep Coffee

You will be required to:

• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Work as a team
• Complete Pathway training for Proper Chick-fil-A Procedures
• Use proper Date Dot labeling System for Food Freshness and Safety
• Use food safety and sanitation
• Use safety equipment (PPE)
• Set-up Station
• Prep Paper Supplies for Station
• Clean-up prep area
• Empty Trash cans
• Sweep & mop area when completed assignment(s)
• Use Dish Machine to help clean

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Applicants must be able to:

• follow oral instructions and abide by Chick-fil-A standards.
• Follow Chick-fil-A dress code.
• Work effectively and efficiently within a team environment.
