Talent Coordinator (Part-Time / Full-Time Hybrid)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Talent Coordinator who will play a key role in building and maintaining a strong team. This position is responsible for leading our initial interview process, supporting onboarding, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.
This is a hybrid role that combines recruiting responsibilities with operational support when needed.
Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring (Primary Focus)
- Lead first-round group interviews (10–15 minutes) to assess Core 4 behaviors, energy, and communication
- Conduct second-round 1:1 interviews to evaluate reliability, accountability, and culture fit
- Recommend top candidates to leadership for final (Director-level) interviews
- Maintain a high standard for who advances through the hiring process
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
Onboarding & Hiring Completion
- Support onboarding of new hires to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience
- Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately and on time (including E-Verify compliance)
- Follow up with new hires to confirm readiness for their first shift
- Partner with leadership to ensure successful integration into the team
Talent Pipeline Support
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Provide feedback on candidate quality and hiring trends
- Help ensure candidates move through the hiring process in a timely manner (within 48 hours when possible)
Team Experience & Culture
- Support team engagement through recognition initiatives such as birthdays, anniversaries, and key milestones
- Assist in coordinating team events and other culture-building moments
- Help ensure team members feel valued, recognized, and connected
Operations Support
- Support the team on shift as needed based on business needs
- Assist with front-of-house or back-of-house operations
- Maintain a high standard of service and team culture
Schedule Expectations
- Required Interview Blocks:
- Monday: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Additional hours may include operational shifts based on business needs
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently identifies and advances strong candidates
- Supports hiring goals of 1–3 hires per week
- Maintains high standards for who joins the team
- Ensures new hires are prepared and successful from Day 1
- Contributes to a positive and engaging team culture
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess people quickly and effectively

- Professional, confident, and detail-oriented
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
- Previous leadership, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred
- Must enjoy working with people, staying organized, and creating a positive team environment
