Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Chicken Production Workers to join a food production team in Owasso, OK on 2nd shift. This hands-on role supports chicken processing operations including product inspection, machine feeding, packaging, and boxing according to production and customer specifications.

If you re comfortable in a fast-paced production environment and can handle physically active work in cold conditions, this Chicken Production Worker opportunity offers steady hours and long-term potential.
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to lift 20 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a cold, food production environment with strong odors
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
Strong attention to detail for product inspection and packaging accuracy
Ability to follow production instructions and food safety procedures
Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work as part of a team and maintain steady production pace
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect chicken products for quality, cut consistency, and defects
Place product into processing equipment including needle machines
Package and box finished products according to customer requirements
Maintain production speed while ensuring quality standards are met
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Keep the work area clean, organized, and production-ready
Support team production goals and complete additional assigned tasks as needed
Work Environment
Cold food production / meat processing environment
Exposure to raw poultry products, industrial processing equipment, moisture, and strong odors
Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive movement, and continuous production work
PPE and food safety gear required in production areas
