Our fast-growing Specialty Insurance client is seeking a Chief Actuarial Officer to lead pricing, reserving, and risk management functions while partnering closely with executive leadership. This individual will play a key role in driving strategy, supporting growth and profitability, and presenting actuarial insights to the Board, regulators, and external stakeholders. FCAS with senior leadership experience in specialty P&C insurance, including strong expertise across pricing, reserving, and enterprise risk required. Role is onsite in Minneapolis or San Diego. Base salary ~$280-410K plus bonus potential & LTI program.
