    Risk & Financial Performance

    • Guide the organization's actuarial framework related to forecasting, liability management, profitability monitoring, and financial projections.
    • Evaluate business performance through analysis of claims experience, policyholder behavior, market conditions, and regulatory developments.
    • Support enterprise risk initiatives through scenario testing, stress analysis, and long-term financial modeling.

    Product & Market Development

    • Help shape the future direction of the company's insurance and health-related product portfolio.
    • Assess competitive dynamics and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancement.
    • Oversee pricing methodologies and ensure products are positioned to achieve sustainable financial performance.

    Leadership & Talent Development

    • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing actuarial organization.
    • Establish a culture focused on innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Drive modernization efforts related to actuarial processes, analytics capabilities, and technology utilization.

    Regulatory & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Serve as the organization's senior actuarial representative with regulators, auditors, and external business partners.
    • Present actuarial insights and strategic recommendations to executive committees and board-level stakeholders.
    • Ensure actuarial practices align with professional standards and regulatory expectations.

    Ideal Background

    • Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
