Chief Actuary, VP of Actuarial Services - P&C

Career-defining Vice President of Actuarial Services opportunity serving as Chief Actuary, leading actuarial strategy and AI-driven analytics for an established insurer in Florida s evolving Homeowners market. Enterprise actuarial leadership spans pricing, reserving, profitability, catastrophe risk and reinsurance planning in close partnership with the CEO and Board. Vice President will issue the Statement of Actuarial Opinion and represent the actuarial function with regulators and key market partners. Seeking an FCAS with 10+ years P&C actuarial experience, executive presence and proven ability to lead an actuarial function and develop future leaders. Florida Homeowners and FLOIR background preferred. Role offers a base salary up to ~$300K, substantial bonus potential and relocation assistance.
