ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring that work is performed following established procedures for quality and productivity, within prescribed budget and meets all required safety codes.
Review and approve work orders; obtain and evaluate subcontractors; create preventative maintenance plans; QA/QC inspections for all building systems evaluations; communication and coordination with the Manager(s); and necessary reporting.
Responsible for the supervision of Building Technicians including recruiting/hiring, supervision, recognition, disciplinary actions, salary administration, performance appraisals and terminations.
Responsible for the development, evaluation, and training of assigned staff to ensure high skill levels and technical competence.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education- High school diploma or equivalent with additional vocational coursework in one or more of the following disciplines: HVAC, electricity, plumbing or other relevant areas.
Further Training -
Professional Experience- Minimum of ten years relevant work experience working as a senior level service technician with at least three to four years of experience providing work direction/supervising others.

Pay Range: $73,000 - $145,000
