HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital is seeking an experienced CRNA leader to serve as Chief CRNA overseeing a team of 18 CRNAs within a well-established anesthesia care team model. The Chief CRNA works collaboratively with facility anesthesia leadership and operations teams while maintaining a clinical presence and providing strategic oversight for staffing, quality initiatives, recruitment, and professional development.
