Reporting to the Manager of Product Quality and Research, they supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain safe, efficient lab operations.
Responsibilities include managing quality control processes, process data, water plant operations, and budget ($4.6 million). They coordinate capital projects, handle personnel decisions, and promote safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications require a Bachelor's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Science, 5+ years supervisory experience, proficiency in MS Excel and SAP, and licensing for water plant operation.
Work involves office and outdoor environments, requiring leadership, strong communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of food safety and environmental standards.
Training includes onboarding, safety, HR, and industry-specific certifications.
