Chief Commercial Officer - Site Network to support continued growth. The organization works with life sciences companies and research partners across multiple therapeutic areas. Additional company information will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process.

Position Overview: The Chief Commercial Officer - Site Network will lead the organization's commercial strategy, business development, client engagement, marketing, and proposal functions. This executive will identify new growth opportunities, strengthen industry relationships, improve commercial processes, and support long-term revenue goals. The Chief Commercial Officer - Site Network will work closely with executive leadership, operations, finance, and site teams to ensure commercial priorities align with organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities of the Chief Commercial Officer - Site Network:- Develop and execute the company's commercial growth strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and research organizations.
- Lead business development, strategic sales, proposals, marketing, and account growth.
- Identify new clients, partnerships, and market opportunities.
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and commercial performance.
- Improve sales processes, systems, tools, and team effectiveness.
- Recruit, coach, and develop commercial team members.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to evaluate new business opportunities.
- Provide commercial updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Experience/Skills for the Chief Commercial Officer - Site Network:- Significant commercial leadership experience within clinical research, life sciences, healthcare services, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and developing client relationships.
- Experience leading business development, sales, marketing, proposals, or commercial operations.
- Strong knowledge of the clinical research marketplace.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems and commercial reporting tools.
- Ability to travel as required.
- At least 10 years of relevant leadership experience.
- Experience managing commercial or business development functions.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Chief Commercial Officer - Site Network:- Prior experience as a Chief Commercial Officer or senior commercial executive within a clinical research site network.
Education Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
