Leading a development team, they ensure inclusive, equity-centered practices, build infrastructure, and leverage data for performance.
The role requires 10+ years nonprofit fundraising experience, success in securing large gifts, healthcare or LGBTQIA+ sector familiarity, and strong relationship-building skills.
Compensation ranges from $190,000 to $305,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave.
