About the Role
As Chief Engineer, you will play a critical leadership role in expanding our technology infrastructure, AI capabilities, and product roadmap. You will collaborate with executive leadership, data scientists, and engineers to ensure our platform can scale efficiently while maintaining high performance and security.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in AI/ML, big data, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience scaling engineering teams in high-growth, product-driven environments.
• Deep expertise in AI, data engineering, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure), and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable AI/ML-driven platforms at an enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, real-time analytics, and high-performance computing.
• A track record of leading engineering teams through hyper-growth phases, from startup to enterprise scale.
• Passion for AI, machine learning, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with private equity, finance, or performance-driven AI solutions is a plus.
