Chief Engineer (Licensed)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Chief Engineer in the Washington DC/Baltimore market for critical facilities. A minimum of five (5) years of recent experience as a Chief Engineer or in a related supervisory role in commercial facilities. Hands-on expertise in:

• Chillers, boilers, pumps, and heat exchangers
• HVAC systems and Building Automation Systems
• Life Safety Systems and Utility Services
• Electrical Power Distribution and Plumbing
• Other mechanical equipment fundamental to building operations

EPA Universal Refrigerant License (required)
Maryland 1st or 3rd, OR DC 1st or 3rd class stationary engineer license required.
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Strong organizational and supervisory abilities
Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
