Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering and design staff across multiple disciplines and projects.
· Manage and oversee multiple public and private projects, including technical scope, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project status reporting.
· Review engineering plans, design documents, specifications, technical computations, and proposed design or schedule changes prepared by internal staff and outside consultants.
· Communicate regularly with engineering staff, private developers, government clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to interpret needs and requirements.
· Provide project leadership and mentorship to junior staff and assist with hiring and management of engineering staff as needed.

B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering
· Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Tennessee.
· 10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience, including public infrastructure, transportation, site development and/or stormwater projects.
· Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary staff, multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
· Experience with transportation projects and TDOT regulations or similar public-sector requirements.
· Strong background in project management, civil design, and construction management.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley Open Roads and/or MicroStation software packages.
