The Chief Engineer is responsible for the technical oversight of the Engineering and Technology business lines. They will provide independent technical oversight, governance, and leadership while supporting project execution, innovation, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s degree and Professional Registration in an Engineering discipline is required. Advanced degree and additional engineering credentials are strongly desired.
Experience & Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years technical experience in both design and analysis of engineered systems with demonstrated, progressive experience in both areas is required. Experience should include proficiency managing and modifying engineering processes and procedures to target a high-quality and efficient engineering process.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably managing a team of ten or more engineers and an outstanding record of successful projects.
Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred knowledge with the application of ASME NQA-1 Quality Assurance requirements.
