Family-owned and operated since 1981, the company has grown to $390M in annual revenue while maintaining a strong, employee-first culture. They are actively looking to develop future leaders from within their Project Management team into leadership roles in the company.Job DescriptionLead and manage the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of estimates. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Review and evaluate subcontractor bids for completeness and compliance with project requirements. Monitor and update cost databases to reflect current market trends and pricing. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators and team members. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or Mathematics preferred. Estimating or preconstruction management experience Commercial, healthcare, retail, multi-family, or industrial projects. Experience with self-perform take-offs strongly preferred. Proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the industry. A track record of successfully managing and delivering accurate estimates.What's on Offer$150K-$175K+ base salary (flexible for the right candidate) Car allowance 100% employer-paid employee health insurance premiums ESOP with 8% annual contribution (in addition to 401K match) 20 days PTO Bonus target equal to 20% of base salary Monthly catered meals On-site daycare at 25% below market rate
