Chief estimators are the center of gravity in this business - you price the work, you set the margins, you know what the market will carry before anyone else does. Our client, a growing New England contractor with a real backlog, needs one. You'll own the estimating department: bid strategy, hard-bid and negotiated work, mentoring the estimators under you, and a seat at the table on go/no-go. You've priced $10M+ packages, you've won work you're proud of, and you know where the bodies are buried in a bad set of drawings.
