The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years as an Estimator with a GC
- Proficient in using Bid2Win estimating software or similar tool
- Estimating medium-to-large concrete projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the estimating team
- Review project plans, risks, and scope
- Prepare estimates, budgets, and bid documents
- Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Analyze costs and industry trends
