Chief Estimator - Healthcare Construction Projects

Job TitleHealthcare Construction EstimatorJob DescriptionDevelop comprehensive cost estimates and project budgets for healthcare construction projects. Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate pricing and scope alignment. Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the preconstruction process. Evaluate project costs and identify value-engineering opportunities that maintain quality and regulatory compliance. Coordinate the bid process, including soliciting, analyzing, and leveling subcontractor and supplier proposals. Monitor budget performance and provide regular cost updates and reports to project stakeholders. Ensure all estimates and project pricing align with industry standards, healthcare regulations, and client requirements.
