Responsibilities include developing strategies, overseeing cost estimation accuracy across divisions, mentoring teams, and fostering client relationships.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of construction estimating experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency with estimating software, and excellent communication abilities.
They will work in an office and on job sites, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
