Job Description- Lead and elevate the estimating department, setting the strategy behind accurate, competitive pricing that wins work and drives profitable growth.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope to develop detailed, reliable cost projections that support confident decisionmaking.
- Partner closely with project managers, executive leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure full alignment on scope, budget, and risk.
- Cultivate strong, longterm relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure bestvalue pricing while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Mentor and develop the estimating team, fostering a highperformance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Champion continuous improvement by implementing best practices, tools, and processes that enhance accuracy, speed, and consistency in estimating.
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive bid proposals and budgets that position the company competitively in the marketplace.
- Leverage historical data and market intelligence to refine estimating strategies and strengthen future project outcomes.
