WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING AS OUR CHIEF FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:
- Maintaining hotel grounds and the building to keep the landscaping fresh and facilities in great condition
- Developing and following a structured plan to stay on top of corrective and preventative maintenance
- Promptly fulfilling daily work orders and making general repairs as needed
- Ensuring the swimming pool temperature and chemistry align with modern health guidelines
- Treating guests respectfully and promptly reporting security concerns to keep everyone safe
- Supporting maintenance budget planning and making recommendations for spending

Has:
- Experience performing physical planned maintenance
- Knowledge of developing and following maintenance plans
Can:
- Clearly and effectively communicate with guests, vendors, coworkers, and management
