Position Summary
Stonegrove Roofing Partners is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic and operational financial leadership across the organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee the company’s financial strategy, reporting, planning, controls, and overall financial performance.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative and business-minded leader who can operate effectively in a growing, multi-entity organization. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership and business leaders to support informed decision-making, sustainable growth, and continued operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization’s overall financial strategy, planning, and performance
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and processes
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support strategic initiatives, integrations, investments, and organizational growth
- Manage relationships with external financial, banking, audit, tax, and advisory partners
- Develop and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Provide clear and timely reporting to key organizational stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
- Significant progressive financial leadership experience
- Previous experience serving as a CFO or senior finance executive preferred
- Experience supporting a multi-location, multi-entity, or growth-oriented organization
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- CPA, MBA, or other relevant advanced credential preferred
