Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Your Impact
You will lead the entire finance and accounting organization, providing the financial leadership and infrastructure to support significant growth.

Partner with the President and CEO on financial strategy, growth planning, capital needs and major business decisions – you are the finance engine that will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to drive business growth.

• Represent the company with investors, banking partners and other financial stakeholders
• Lead investor relations, capital strategy, cash flow, liquidity and financing activities
• Oversee manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, inventory, margins and profitability
• Strengthen internal controls, internal audit practices, segregation of duties and financial governance
• Lead financial reporting and clearly communicate financial performance, risks and opportunities to executive leadership
• Evaluate financial systems, processes and team structure to support continued scale and growth
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance and accounting team, establishing accountability and direction
• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, pro forma financial statements and long range financial planning

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit)
You are a poised and strong financial leader with executive presence and prior experience presenting to investors and leading the finance function through a transaction (be that M&A or an IPO).

You have:

• Prior financial leadership experience in manufacturing / strong manufacturing finance and cost accounting knowledge
• Experience working directly with investors, banking partners and executive leadership
• Executive presence and strong financial communication and presentation skills
• Experience with M&A transactions – you have been on either side of the deal
• Availability to work 100% in the Sacramento office

You might have:

• Experience working in finance and accounting department with a publicly traded company / going through an IPO
• Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and public company reporting knowledge
• CPA or CMA designation
• Investment banking or investor side experience

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Benefits for You
Your base compensation will be $220,000 to $290,000, depending on your experience, plus bonus anticipated to be 20% + of compensation. In addition, you will be eligible for the ISO (incentive stock option) plan to receive company equity. Total OTE package $300k +.

You will work directly with the President and CEO and have significant visibility and influence during a period of rapid company growth.

This Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position is physically located in Sacramento, California and works 100% in the office. A relocation package is available.
