Keystone Blind Association is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer/Senior Vice President of Finance to oversee the financial operations of multiple affiliated companies. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. Candidate must be located nearby to report to the office.This position reports directly to the CEO and provides leadership for accounting, financial reporting, payroll, tax compliance, cash management, banking, audits, and financial planning.Responsibilities include:Overseeing accounting and financial reporting for multiple companiesManaging cash flow, banking, investments, loans, and financingEnsuring timely and accurate payroll tax, sales tax, and annual tax reportingOverseeing audits, contract compliance, and regulatory requirementsReviewing financial statements, reconciliations, and internal controlsProviding financial guidance and leadership to the accounting and payroll teamsAdvising the CEO and executive leadership on financial mattersQualifications:CPA license requiredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field requiredSignificant progressive accounting/financial management experiencePrevious CFO, Controller, VP of Finance, or similar senior-level experience preferredStrong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, payroll, cash management, and internal controlsExcellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skillsExperience managing multiple entities preferredCompetitive salary and benefits based on experience and qualifications.Please apply online at www.keystoneblind.orgEOE/M/F/D/V
