Key Responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):



  • Own FP&A, financial forecasting, and board-level reporting

  • Provide oversight of accounting operations in partnership with the Controller/VP of Finance

  • Lead billing functions and drive accounts receivable strategy

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team

  • Enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational discipline


Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):



  • Previous experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or in a senior executive finance leadership role

  • Track record within large-scale or complex organizational environments

  • Strong expertise in strategic finance, board-level reporting, and FP&A

  • CPA designation required
