Chief Financial Officer

We are confidentially representing a well established and highly respected construction organization seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team.

This is a high impact opportunity for a strategic financial leader who wants a true seat at the table and the ability to influence the company's continued growth, profitability, and long term strategy.

What You'll Do

• Lead all financial operations, accounting, forecasting, and reporting• Partner directly with ownership and executive leadership• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, WIP, job costing, and profitability• Lead financial strategy, risk management, and growth initiatives• Develop and lead the accounting and finance team• Provide financial insight that directly drives business decisions

What We're Looking For

• Senior level finance or accounting leadership experience• Strong construction industry background required• Experience with job costing, WIP, forecasting, and construction accounting• Proven ability to partner with ownership and operations• Strategic, analytical, and growth minded leadership style• CPA or MBA highly preferred
