    Description

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
    • Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior CFO role within manufacturing.
    • Extensive experience with international business operations, including managing global manufacturing, subsidiaries, or distribution networks.
    • Expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, financial planning and analysis, and cash flow optimization.
    • Proven experience supporting ERP systems, finance transformation projects, and business system improvements.
    • Experience with financial oversight in engineer-to-order or custom manufacturing environments.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing cost analysis, standard costing, and operational performance metrics.
    • Familiarity with international financial regulations and compliance practices.
    Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and lead strategic financial planning activities.
    • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, risk management, and compliance to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
    • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, and sales teams to enhance operational and financial performance.
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives including ERP implementation, cost reduction, and process improvements to optimize productivity and profitability.
    • Provide financial insights and analysis to support acquisitions, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
