Chief Financial Officer | Houston, TX
We are supporting a respected, mission-driven organization in the search for its next Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to the CEO, this executive leader will oversee Finance, Accounting, IT, Risk Management, Insurance, and Loss Prevention while driving financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer, include but are not limited to:
-Lead financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, cash management, and capital planning.
-Oversee accounting, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
-Provide executive partnership to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team.
-Direct technology, cybersecurity, risk management, insurance, and business continuity initiatives.
-Lead loss prevention and asset protection programs across the organization.
Qualifications for Chief Financial Officer:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA, Master's, or CPA preferred.
-10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive-level responsibility.
-Strong expertise in financial strategy, accounting, controls, risk management, and operational leadership.
-Multi-site or retail-related leadership experience preferred.
