Position Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, overseeing all financial operations and driving initiatives that support long-term growth and profitability. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to manage complex financial structures in a dynamic environment.
Construction Industry experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead risk management initiatives and maintain robust internal controls.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic planning, mergers/acquisitions, and growth opportunities.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial management role.
  • Construction Industry experience required
  • Strong knowledge of construction or project-based accounting is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and provide strategic guidance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
