Greenland Energy Company seeks Chief Financial Officers for various & unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Itasca, IL), to serve as the company’s Sr.accounting & financial executive & strategic partner to the CEO & Board. Bachelor’s in Accounting, Econ, Business Admin/related field +15yrs of exp req'd. Req’d Skills: Public company reporting; SOX compliance; earnings processes & capital markets; understanding of upstream & downstream oil & gas; exp w/large oil & gas companies; reserve valuation; production forecasting; capital project finance; exp working w/petroleum concession agreements, production sharing agreements & joint ventures; exp working w/gov regulators; complex resource environment valuation integrating long-term forecasts, scenario modelling & capital allocation; exp working on intl. oil & gas projects; mentoring, training & dev jr. team members; stakeholder mgmt; developing oil & gas long term financial plans & evaluating depletion plans. CPA cert req’d. Req’d: 20% national & international travel to project sites & for business dev purposes as needed.
