Position Summary:
The Chief Growth Officer architects and executes Milo's Core growth strategy, uniting commercial execution in our Core business with brand and consumer engagement, product innovation, commercial intelligence and sales to accelerate sustainable, profitable growth. This role integrates brand and product innovation, consumer and category intelligence, and customer-facing sales execution into a single growth agenda for the core business focused on strengthening the organization's competitive position and long-term value.
Candidates will need to live or relocate to the Birmingham, AL area.
Responsibilities:
Champions Milo’s core business growth across current channels, continuing to strengthen Milo’s brand positioning, awareness and household penetration.
Sets Milo's growth strategy, integrating brand, commercial intelligence, and sales into a unified commercial agenda.
Owns commercial P&L performance, including revenue, share, and margin outcomes across the core business.
Allocates investment across brand, product, and commercial priorities in partnership with FACT TEAm.
Aligns commercial strategy with Operations leadership to ensure remarkable execution.
Leverages consumer, market, and competitive intelligence to shape high-impact organizational strategies across channel, item, category, and markets.
Directs enterprise-wide commercial execution and revenue growth strategies to accelerate go-to-market performance across channels.
Guides brand strategy, positioning, and customer engagement initiatives across the portfolio.
Serves as a senior executive sponsor for Milo's strategic customer relationships.
Builds and develops the Growth leadership TEAm.
Champions a consumer-centric, growth-oriented culture.
Uphold and lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including Zero Waste and sustainability, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
This position has food safety responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
20 or more years of experience, including demonstrated enterprise-level leadership
Proven executive leadership experience, including experience leading through significant organizational complexity and scale and financial leadership.
Proven financial acumen, including ownership of functional financial performance and accountability for enterprise-wide results.
Strong industry knowledge of growth strategy, commercial operations, and market expansion.
Proven experience scaling organizations through mergers, acquisitions, and new business development.
Experience translating enterprise-level strategy into actionable plans and compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
Proven experience integrating commercial, brand, product, and consumer insight functions to drive enterprise growth.
